Mr. P.M.P. Udayakantha
Former Surveyor General of Sri Lanka / Registered Licensed Surveyor
Former Surveyor General with an MSc in Geodetic Science from The Ohio State University, specializing in Geodesy, Cadastral Systems, Land Administration, and National Surveying and Mapping. He led major geospatial initiatives including LiDAR-based Digital Elevation Model development in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and large-scale LiDAR surveys under the Climate Resilience Improvement Project (CRIP). He has contributed extensively to development of Geodetic Control Network initiatives in State of Qatar and Sri Lanka. He also played a crucial role as the Leader of The Task Force in Property Registration Reforms of Sri Lanka and as the Chairman of the Land Survey Council, while also contributing to international land administration programs under the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management initiative.
Dr. K. D. Sandaruwan

Dr. K. D. Sandaruwan is an academic, researcher, and technology innovator specializing in Modeling & Simulation, 2D/3D Visualization, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Spatial Computing, and Intelligent Decision Support Systems. He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Colombo and has extensive experience in developing technology-driven solutions that bridge academia, industry, and emerging digital innovations. His expertise spans geospatial technologies, intelligent analytics, immersive systems, and data-driven decision-support platforms, with a strong focus on emerging digital technologies.
Dr. Surantha Salgadoe
Crop Remote Sensing Specialist and Precision Agriculturist
PhD, UNE, Australia / Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and Founder of AGCEYLON HUB. His research interests include crop remote sensing, precision agriculture, plant pathology, and sustainable agricultural practices.
He has collaborated both locally and internationally, contributing significantly to the advancement of agricultural technology in Sri Lanka. His work has been recognized with several awards.
Dr. Milinda Piyasena
Senior Lecturer, Dep. of Surveying and Geodesy, Faculty of Geomatics, Sabaragamuwa University
Dr. Piyasena specializes in land tenure security, slum upgrading, and agent-based simulation in land management. He has published extensively on land tenure reform and spatial data infrastructure.
As Lead Researcher of the Rs. 30 million AHEAD-funded InfoBhoomi Project, he has advanced geospatial intelligence using GIS, remote sensing, and decision support systems.
Dr. Thilanka Ariyawansha
Agricultural Systems Engineering Expert
Dr. Ariyawansha's research interests encompass agricultural machinery systems, smart agriculture, energy, circular economy, process modeling, and dynamic simulation.
He has authored numerous publications focusing on optimizing agricultural systems and enhancing energy efficiency in sugarcane cultivation.
